Cancellation policy

To confirm your reservation you will receive an advance confirmation that 25% of the amount to be paid within ten days, the remainder is paid upon departure or if you prefer, you can pay the entire amount directly.

Cancellation Policy privately: If you cancel less than 21 days to arrival is non-refundable advance of 25% which becomes a cancellation fee. Re-booking to another date can be made up to 7 days before arrival. Illness refundable amount towards medical certificate, an administration fee of 250: - non-refundable. In case of no cancellation no refund of advance payment.

NOTE: All cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail or letter.
